Model Registration Form

If you are a model or would like to become a model and work with Models Required
please use the form below to submit your application.

All elements of this form must be completed, and you must include at least one picture.
We only accept applications from age 13 and above.
Express permission is required from your parents if you are under 16.

If you have already registered with us, please do NOT use this form.
This form is not for updating your details or sending us new photos.
Please send any new photos or details to the email address you were contacted with when you registered.

You may submit up to 6 photos of yourself, please submit at least one.
Applications without images will be rejected.
We can not make a descision on whether to represent you if you do not include any.

To help in the selection process we would ideally like the following images:
A recent photo, full face, profile and 3/4 or full length.
If you are taking non professional pictures please look at these tips.

If you would like to submit images larger than 1 MB complete this form without the images,
you will receive an email which you can reply to with your images.
Please do not submit any photos that may offend.
